1. The UI. Enough said.
2. The fact that CCP tailors this game to force people to get multiple accounts. I have one account thank you, in all of the MMO's I have ever played (quite a few) I have only ever needed one account. I refuse to ever get a second. You can say this is to make it more of a Multi Player game. Thats nice. My main is in an 0.0 alliance but that does not always mean that someone will be available/willing to help me rat/mission/mine/survive. I know that the simple act of paying CCP twice as much per month (or using GTC/PLEX which is an indirect way of paying CCP the money) would greatly enhance my power/efficency. I would make far more isk faster, and be deadlier in pvp. CCP clearly cares more about thier bottom line than the Multi Player part, as shown by the numerous offers I have gotten for the "Power of Two" crap. /endrant
3. Jump clone cool down. If I want to pvp on a regular basis I have to expect not only ship loss (acceptable) but pod kills. So I have to use a jump clone to not loose all my high end implants that make training go so much faster. However I can only switch every 24 hours... So if I want to be ready to defend my territory, I have to basically spend all of my time without my training implants in, and suffer a significant loss of training speed. Solution? Have jump clone CD affected by distance you jump.
4. Lack of symmetry on ship models. For the love of balanced thrust and all thats holy people. So many ships would look so much better if they were symetrical. Even some of the horribly ugly ones like the Caldari. Sorry Minmatar, you're still flying rust heaps. I actualy take into account what the ship looks like before I decide to fly it, not just it's stats. Maybe I'm a freak for doing that, but astetics matter.
5. Fleet interface. It's clunky, broadcasts are nearly worthless, it interferes with almost any other action you try to do... Who the hell coded this ****? I mean forget trying to fleet up on the fly while your system is under attack, you might as well self destruct and call it a day.
6. Traveling. Is it really neccessary to make it this tedious? I mean, adding WtZ helped alot, and definitly freed up alot of space in my bookmark folder, but still. I think we have a lot more to go on this.
7. Insurance. Worthless for T2 ships. Not worth my time on half the T1 ships I fly. Shouldn't be that hard to fix.
8. The lack of towels available for purchase in Jita.
